My name is Joseph Hishmeh, a Palestinian-American professional martial artist. I was born in Port Charlotte, Florida and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where I began my training at Shield Systems Academy. After five foundational years there, I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where I’ve been training out of GYM-0 for the past two years.

Passion drives me – Whether its math, skateboarding, or solving a Rubik’s Cube. That same drive fuels my approach to fighting. With experience competing in the USA, Thailand, Argentina, and Indonesia, I hold records in Amateur MMA, Amateur Kickboxing , Professional Mauy Thai, and Professional MMA.
